Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization, my country has organically combined protection and development in the construction of geoparks, allowing the miraculous geological relics to glow with new looks and vitality. Wugongshan Global Geopark is located at the junction of Pingxiang, Yichun and Ji’an cities in Jiangxi Province. It is located in the northern section of the Luoxiao Mountains on the border of Hunan and Jiangxi. It has an altitude of 1918.3 meters and an area of 1470.82 square kilometers. It is the only granite dome structure in the world that presents A geopark with an overall geological and landform landscape. The uncanny workmanship of time and nature has created the unique beauty of Wugongshan Global Geopark.
Here is a complete record of the evolution history of geological structures in South China since the Mesozoic Era, displaying the vicissitudes of hundreds of millions of years. After evaluation by experts from the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, 103 geological relics were confirmed in the park, including 4 world-class geological relics and 24 national-level geological relics.

There are more than 50 unique peak and cliff landscapes, such as peak forests, peak clusters, stone pillars and cliffs, which are densely distributed and have various shapes. waterfall.
